In an ideal world, working out 5x/week for an hour every day would help get you into incredible shape. When an hour workout isn’t possible, here are some alternative ideas:
Warm-Up
5 Minute AMRAP… 20 reps of each
Workout: Run 2-3 miles
AMRAP 25
AMRAP 20
2-4-6-8-10 reps… (add 2 to reps to every movement until 20 minutes)
