Our January 2025 member of the month award belongs to Alejandro Rodriguez, who lost an incredible 30lbs in five months!
Through consistent fitness, eating in a calorie deficit, and leaning on the support of his coaches and members, Alejandro successfully reached the goal that he set out to achieve when he first joined CrossFit Showdown.
We asked Alejandro, “What’s next in your journey”?
He replied, “I want to lose 15 more pounds to reach my desired BMI.”
Losing 10-15 lbs in the first 3 months at CrossFit Showdown is very achievable if you attend class 3-4x/week and eat at levels that support your exercise level and not body fat.
