Josh walked through our doors a few months ago with no prior fitness background.
He was a little nervous, like most people are, about whether or not he could keep up.
But 90 days later of just showing up, Josh lost 20 lbs.
He is stronger and fitter than he’s ever been, and more importantly, he’s formed a habit that is now a consistent part of his life.
There were no shortcuts or magic tricks taken in his first 90 days – just consistency.

Josh was referred to us by one of our current members who knew he’d benefit from the supportive environment and coaching we offer.
At the time, Josh wasn’t doing any regular physical activity.
Like many people, Josh needed routine and consistency in his life with fitness.
After his wife came in first, he worked up the willingness to try it out.
From day one, Josh committed to showing up, asking questions, and learning at his own pace.
Whether it was a 5:30 AM class before the workday or a 6:00 PM class after a long shift, Josh made it happen.
Life stays busy, work is usually stressful, but Josh’s consistent fitness routine keps him grounded.
That consistency added up, and it’s what led to steady progress.
By week 6, he lost 10 lbs and a little bit past his 90 day mark, he lost another 10 lbs.
With every workout, Josh was slowly becoming the type of person who doesn’t skip workouts, no matter the circumstances.
Friends and Family were the reason Josh walked into our doors, and it’s the reason why a lot of people start with us, too.
If you’ve ever worked out with your friends, you know that is 100x better and more fun than working out by yourself.
Working out at the same place as your friends will definitely keep you in the gym longer, and more motivated.
Don’t have any friends? It’s okay. Me neither.
But, we do have a really supportive community of people you can get along with and make friends with. All you need to do is take the first step and book your free workout.
