It’s official, we’re moved into our new training space, and we kicked it off with our very first 5:30 AM workout on Monday, September 29th!

After months of construction, inspections, and permitting, Showdown Training Club is finally open in our brand new home at 6310 Griffin Road (Unit 102) in Davie.
Our new home marks a new beginning in our gym’s history, where we will offer a more personalized, intimate, and community-driven training experience.

Here’s what we currently offer:
Our small group CrossFit classes combine strength training, conditioning, and skill work led by experienced coaches. Groups are capped at 10 people to keep classes intimate, personalized, and safe for all fitness levels. If you are looking to to train more than 3x/week and follow a structured progrma that wil help you build muscle, get stronger, and be fitter, then this is your best option.
For those who want more attention, higher accountability, or flexibility, our personal training sessions offer customized programming tailored to your goals. Whether you’re looking to work privately with a coach, rehab an injury, or accelerate progress, this is your fastest route to results.
Joining a new gym can be scary, especially if it is your first time joining a coaching program like ours. We want to ensure every member feels comfortable, safe, and confident with the movements and exercises that we do in our classes. With our on-ramp program, you will work 1-on-1 with a coach to learn proper form, weightlifting technique, and start slow with a watchful eye of a coach who cares.
We provide ongoing nutrition support to help you understand how to eat, how much, and what foods that will best support your fitness and health goals. This service includes weekly check-ins, and monthly 1-on-1 meetings with your coach.
Our small group CrossFit classes run throughout the morning and evening, designed to fit around busy work and family schedules. The easiest way to reserve a spot is through our member app, Push press.
Classes fill up quickly, so booking ahead is always a good idea. We allow members to book 24 hours in advance, and they have up until 30 minutes before the class starts to reserve.
Personal training sessions can be scheduled any time during the day. If you’re looking for a quieter, more private workout experience, midday hours are typically best (Between 9:30 AM – 3:30 PM).

We’re easy to find, right in the heart of Davie at 6310 Griffin Road, minutes away from several major spots:
If you’re local to Davie, Cooper City, or Hollywood, we’re closer than you think!
We’ve made parking simple.
You can park directly in front of the gym, where there are usually open spaces, especially in the mornings.
If the front lot is full, there’s a parking garage directly behind the building. Parking is free on the 1st and 2nd floors.The back door is often open, but if not, just knock or walk around to the front entrance. Either way, we’ll make sure you’re welcomed in.
We wanted this new space to be as comfortable as it is functional.

It was not an easy process to move-in.
The picture below was taken in January 2025 and we didn’t move in until September 2025.

We are incredibly grateful for our community who has stuck by our side, encouraged us during this process, and remained flexible throughout our first week.
Our first week is wrapped up and we are eager for many more amazing weeks of training!
