I remember the day that Carlos walked into our doors.

I was coaching the 4:30 p.m. class when a former member who was visiting introduced me to Carlos.

We set up Carlos for class, and he decided to sign up for our group classes.

Carlos has been consistent ever since he decided that he was going to commit himself to fitness.

Carlos’s Starting Point

Carlos came to us without any prior fitness experience. At the time, we didn’t have an on-ramp program, so he joined classes right away.

Now, we teach the fundamentals of lifting to make sure that our members can move safely and efficiently so they can perform their best in group classes.

Carlos built a solid foundation in his first three months by being consistent with his group class attendance.

Carlos embraced the coaching and advice he received from the coaching staff and leaned into the support of the community.

Along the way, he’s made remarkable gains in strength and endurance.

It seems like every week, Carlos hits new PRs with his lifts. Carlos has transformed into a stronger, more resilient version of himself, proving that consistent effort pays off in the long run.
