What this challenge is NOT about:
- This is not an extreme diet.
- It’s not a cleanse.
- And there are no crazy pills or supplements
The 2026 New Year Nutrition Challenge is a 4-week, habit-based program designed to help you build better nutrition habits that will serve you for your entire life.
In just 4 weeks, we will help you set goals, learn how to grocery shop, stay on track with simple habits, and make sure you know how to measure your progress.
We will focus on simple, repeatable behaviors that:
- Improve your health
- Support fat loss and muscle maintenance
- Increase energy and consistency
You’ll be supported by your coach and surrounded by a community of people who are working toward the same goal (starting the year strong).
The Challenge Timeline
First Week of January
InBody Scan Appointments
You’ll complete a pre-challenge InBody scan to establish a clear baseline for body fat, muscle mass, and overall body composition.
Saturday, January 10
Group Nutrition Workshop
We’ll cover:
- How much to eat
- How to build balanced meals
- Protein targets
- Grocery shopping strategies
- Challenge rules and expectations
Sunday, January 11
Grocery Store Trip
We’ll walk through the grocery store together and show you exactly:
- What to buy
- What to avoid
- How to read labels
- How to shop efficiently without stress
This is one of the most impactful parts of the challenge. If you were never taught how to eat for fitness performance, this is a great opportunity to learn from an expert.
